Looking for a luxurious family home perched atop Perth’s Swan River, the Colonial Garden project was all about delivering comfortable luxury. This home is also about family and entertaining. The clients wanted everyone to have their own space, but also to have comfortable open plan communal areas where they could gather together and entertain.
Boasting impressive views from floor to ceiling curved windows, this home has 2 living areas, a theatre, a wine cellar, and an open kitchen living dining space that incorporates an outdoor kitchen and alfresco. There are also multiple balconies, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a 15m sheltered swimming pool, and a 6 car garage. The designs for this home were adaptive to the block requirements, the family’s needs, and energy efficiency; they champion practical luxury, providing the family a functional space that they can enjoy living in.
