Thinking of building your new Project? Â Who do you go and see first; the Designer or the Builder?
Tough one to answer, but in my professional opinion, you go the Designer first. Â Why?
We sit down with you as the client and discuss what kind of Project you would like to have built.  As Designers we transpose your dreams to reality, through a Builder.
If you go to a Builder first and ask them to prepare the Design, did you know that you immediately lose the Design Copyright?
You see, the intellectual property of that Design belongs to the Builder.  But, when you go to the Designer first, we prepare the Design for you, so that you own the Copyright for that particular Project and then can distribute it to as many Builders as you like for tendering.  Want to know more, keep watching this space for my regular updates.  Want to speak to me personally, you can contact me
