This commercial development needed to expand their minimal 2 room office space into a 4 room consulting office. They also wished to enhance the frontage of the building and a 6+ energy star rating was an important requirement.
The office was brought up to date and were doubled in size now easily offering 4 consulting rooms. The exterior was rendered and made to be more modern, and the design easily achieved a 6-star energy rating upon inspection.
