A growing family, who loved their current neighbourhood in City of Stirling, needed their 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home expand into a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home to easily accommodate their growing family. It was important to the family that they have a private guest room with ensuite, multiple living spaces to keep kids and parents happy, and they wanted an open living kitchen dining.
An additional challenge in this design was the strict protect Heritage are bylaws held in City of Stirling. We delivered providing a home with multiple separate living areas, excellent access to the outdoors and pool area from the open plan kitchen and a guest bedroom with ensuite that is tucked away in the upstairs of the home.
