This award-winning investment development required the amalgamation of 3 blocks into 1 multi dwelling unit complex. The site topography of this Morley block created a unique challenge when designing these 7 230sqm units.
Before building could commence, retaining walls wee required to level the block. This cost was incorporated into the advertised per unit cost above.
The design was created to specifically suit the lifestyle needs of empty nesters, small families and professional couples with ample indoor living spaces and easy to maintain outdoor patio areas.
We are incredibly proud to have won the 2016 BDA WA Award for this design.
