Developed as an investment, the three Banksia units with a shared driveway on strata blocks were built to appeal to an astute buyer. The design incorporated the stunning use of 3 varieties of midland bricks and each villa had a unique design to maximise privacy and livability in each home.
Each villa has 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making them ideals for small families or couples who like to host guests. Each open plan kitchen opens onto a paved patio area making each villa an entertainer’s dream.
