Interior Design
In order to distribute documents out to Builders an Addenda is required so that builders know what to tender on and they are all tendering on the exact same product. A considerable amount of time and effort will be required by the client to sit down with us to select all the materials and services of their new development. Once this has been completed we can then prepare for Tender.
Landscape Design
Landscaping is an investment. A Landscape Designer is trained to design the most efficient use of outdoor spaces. Not only can you achieve a well-designed, functional and aesthetic landscape, you can add value to your property. Clients wanting to increase the value of their property will do well to consider the cost-effective, return of quality landscaping, and to safeguard their investment by engaging professional Landscape Designers/contractors to perform the work. Once this has been completed we can then prepare for Tender.
